Payments can be made by cash, check, money order, credit and debit cards, and PayPal. Checks and money orders must be made payable to "SWMA."
Electronic payments (credit and debit cards or PayPal) are made through our web site and are processed by PayPal. NOTE: You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to use this secure, free service. You can make your payment as a PayPal "visitor." In the menu bar above, choose the Make a Payment selection under Register and follow the directions. When registering on-line, you will be given the option to make your payment selection at the conclusion of the registration process.
Families may initially pay for the entire semester tuition or spread the tuition over the semester. The table below illustrates the payment options.

The initial payment for eachplan is due at the time of registration. The second payment on the 50%/50% plan is due on October 24th.
We offer a 30% tuition fee reduction to families who qualify for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP or "food stamps") and the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) through the school. Reduced tuition for qualifying families is shown in the table below.

To receive the reduced tuition, please send a requesting email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be required to provide a confirmation letter from the school indicating your free lunch status or your current SNAP information.
To apply for a scholarship please download, complete and return the Scholarship Application form to SWMA by mail, PO Box 1013, Las Cruces, NM 88004 (or email the form to email@example.com). The application deadline is August 25, 2017. You will be notified by email if you are awarded a scholarship and the amount of the award. (Click here to download the application form.)
A refund, less a $15 processing fee, is available for requests received up until two weeks before a program starts. No refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Refund requests must be made in writing either by email or US mail at the addresses listed below. Refunds will be made within 14 days following receipt of the written request.
